Specifically in targets in NYDo they sell E.L.F (eyes lips face) makeup at target?
I've never seen it at the Targets here in California, and I don't see it on their website either.
Drugstore.com sells the brushes (which are pretty decent for the price, imo), but I don't know about the makeup.Do they sell E.L.F (eyes lips face) makeup at target?

E.L.F (eyes lips face) suggestions?
im going to be purchasing some stuff from elf(eyes lips face) but im not all sure what to get, what do you think are the best products there? and if you have any stories about your purchase, please tell.

You mustmustmustMUST! get the two best lip glosses in the world. Which are the hypershine gloss and the plumping lip glaze. I got the hypershine in vixen and i wore it with no lipstick or balm underneath. It's well pigmented and smells and tastes amazing. It's long lasting and just all around awesome. It's easy to apply and everything. I actually used every last bit. The tube thing is really cool, you twist it and it pushes the gloss into a little brush and then apply it onto your lips. Since it has a little thing that pushes it up, you don't waste the slightest pit of product, you get the whole thing.
The plumping lip glaze is great too. The plumping is pretty subtle. The color is great and it adds a nice shimmer to your lips. It has a really intense mint flavor that makes your breathe smell nice. Warning though, it does sting when you put it on your lips. I personally love that but some people don't.
No matter what you do don't get the liquid eyeliner. Smells horrific, applies in a thick, crappy line and is impossible to touch up the tiniest mistake. You need a special waterproof makeup remover and use a lot of it to get it off, and even with that it takes forever. It irritated my eyes and lid really badly. Worst eyeliner I've ever used.
The eyeshadow quads nothing special, i haven't tried the creams or minerals, but the ';brightening eye color'; isn't really that great.
The earth and water mascara isn't worth it. It's not horrible it's just not good. At all. Nothing special, don't waste your time on it.
Also, note that the studio line is pretty much better all around, so make sure you're aware to check that out.

No, it's definitely real. It's great for people who don't want to spend a whole load of money - I mean, who really wants to spend 20$+ on some powder? For twenty bucks, you can get quite a few items. It's definitely not going to be MAC quality, but at the same time, it's worth your dollar. Test out the things that you'd like to wear, and you can always play with it without feeling guilty that you're wasting it.
I haven't had any problems with ELF - there were no missing and/or broken products. The box delivered in a week or so, and I live in Canada.

hey, I always buy my makeup from E.L.F, it's really great. The lip glosses glide on really smoothly and the foundation smells devine...I also really like the compact powders and bronzer. Most people tend to think that Elf must be really bad quality because it's so cheap, yet suprisingly I have found it to work and look better than some of the other brands I buy like Rimmel and Maybelline! It really is value for money and the products last for a long time, have a great smell and really look great and add a professional look. The brushes are great and look really professional to maintain a smooth application and the hairs don't feel sharp or prickely. Also it's not tested on animals so you can feel and look great! Really, you must go for it!

It's also very gunky and messy. Their foundation doesnt work and to get full coverage, you would have to use the whole tube.

eyes: don't use too much of a dark shade of a eyeshadow, that would just make your eyes look smaller..
if you know how to use liquid eyeliner i would suggest to that on the top of your eyes.
for the bottom of your eyes take an eyeliner and run it threw a flame.. like a lighter or match.. wait about a min so it can cool (be careful) and pull down underneath your eye.. gently %26amp; lightly(very gently trust me it will go on smooth) run your eyeliner as close as your eye as you can get (before your eyelashes start!! don't put the eyeliner on under your eye lashes!!)
apply your eyeliner to only the edges to of your eyes not your whole eye that will just make it look smaller.. and make as thin as a line as you can.
when your done with everything apply mascara.
lips:apply a lip liner that matches well with your skin.
this might take practice to use but this will help you out so much
apply to exactly your lip line. when you are done apply a lipstick/lip gloss that is close in color

I want bigger eyes/lips?
If you want bigger eyes, try using white eyeliner on the bottom of your eyelids. It'll make your eyes look more ';open'; and defined.
And if you just use black eyeliner, don't line your entire eye. Line the top but only line halfway on the bottom, but don't make it abruptly stop..kind of smudge it.
Also, another trick I use is I use mascara with an eyelash curler. The eyelash curler works WONDERS in the morning when I've just woken up and my eyes are pretty much dead. I'm asian, so I understand what you feel.
To curl your eyelashes:
First coat with a coat of mascara. Let dry for 10 seconds, then use the eyelash curler and hold for 10 seconds. Put on a second coat of mascara %26amp; repeat. Finally, finish off with a final coat of mascara...and Voila! Gorgeous lashes that open your eyes dramatically.
For lips:
I suggest using lipgloss/chapstick with some kind of plumper in it, i.e. Burt's Bees will make your lips swell up a little since it has peppermint oil. Or you can buy a lipgloss that is proven to plump up your lips, and you can tell it's working because i'll tingle :3
You can find all this stuff at your local drugstore in the makeup section.

eyes: don't use too much of a dark shade of a eyeshadow, that would just make your eyes look smaller..
if you know how to use liquid eyeliner i would suggest to that on the top of your eyes.
for the bottom of your eyes take an eyeliner and run it threw a flame.. like a lighter or match.. wait about a min so it can cool (be careful) and pull down underneath your eye.. gently %26amp; lightly(very gently trust me it will go on smooth) run your eyeliner as close as your eye as you can get (before your eyelashes start!! don't put the eyeliner on under your eye lashes!!)
apply your eyeliner to only the edges to of your eyes not your whole eye that will just make it look smaller.. and make as thin as a line as you can.
when your done with everything apply mascara.
lips:apply a lip liner that matches well with your skin.
this might take practice to use but this will help you out so much
apply to exactly your lip line. when you are done apply a lipstick/lip gloss that is close in color

If you want bigger eyes, try using white eyeliner on the bottom of your eyelids. It'll make your eyes look more ';open'; and defined.
And if you just use black eyeliner, don't line your entire eye. Line the top but only line halfway on the bottom, but don't make it abruptly stop..kind of smudge it.
Also, another trick I use is I use mascara with an eyelash curler. The eyelash curler works WONDERS in the morning when I've just woken up and my eyes are pretty much dead. I'm asian, so I understand what you feel.
To curl your eyelashes:
First coat with a coat of mascara. Let dry for 10 seconds, then use the eyelash curler and hold for 10 seconds. Put on a second coat of mascara %26amp; repeat. Finally, finish off with a final coat of mascara...and Voila! Gorgeous lashes that open your eyes dramatically.

We say we can tell alot from someone's face but i think that's only possible if you know someone really well. You can't understand a face until you have developed an understanding of what lies behind and that takes time.
Most of the time though, when we're passing judgement on strangers based on their faces, we think we can tell something about the person. We like to play to our own vanity and tell ourselves we are clever enough to have formed a correct judgement. And sometimes we are right. (which confuses me a lot)

use blue/green eye pencil instead of a black one..wear it inside ..n coat ur eye lashes with black mascarra..if wanna wear eye shadow..higlight below ur brows..with a lil whitish silver..not whole silver..use a whole lot of light coloured eye shadow..starting from the opening of ur eye..if u know wut that means..so that it evenly covers up ur whole eye..the lower part..n the eyelid..to endure the structure of ur eye..use a lil black eye shadow on the lining of ur eye..n darken it at the tip..to give a perfect eye shape..n smudge it..or its gonna look bad..n un-toned..
LIPS:
4r the lips..dont use a lip outliner..or they look bigger..stick to a metallic kinda gloss in shades of ivory/golden- bayge/peach../juz transparent ones wud do jus fine..
FACE:
well if u have a gud tan..dont need to use any sort of foundation..jus stick to a pink/purple shade of blush..covering ur cheek bones..da bridge of ur nose..chin..n the forehead..use very lil..or ur gonna look like a red tomato..make sure its evenly tonned..
HAIR:

Surgery isn't the solution. Once you start you won't know where to stop.. and surgery on the face is so obvious!
I'm not sure how old you are and if you wear make-up but why don't you book yourself in for a make-over with Benefit or someone like that? They can highlight your best bits and cover up the things you don't like. Then you can copy the make-up yourself.
Or try little things like tweezing your eyebrows (or get them done professionally. It's cheap and makes all the difference to your eyes!) Curl your eyelashes. Wear your hair down to cover your ears.
But honestly, you've got to learn to love yourself! xx

I used to feel the same way, but when I got a bit older quite a few people (male and female) started telling me I was really pretty... at first I thought they were teasing but after a while I started to listen. That probably sounds really arrogant, but what I mean is that we all tend to focus on the negatives and the truth is that other people don't even notice the little things that don't look quite right to us. It's human nature to look in the mirror and think it's horrible, but other people don't look at us the same way. Trust me, you will get more confident as you get older! If you still want surgery then at least you will be old enough to be realistic (I'm assuming you're young). It sucks to feel the way you do, but even the best looking girls are looking in the mirror thinking the same thing - some people are just more confident and that is what makes them seem different. I hope that makes sense :o)

I'm not sure how old you are and if you wear make-up but why don't you book yourself in for a make-over with Benefit or someone like that? They can highlight your best bits and cover up the things you don't like. Then you can copy the make-up yourself.
Or try little things like tweezing your eyebrows (or get them done professionally. It's cheap and makes all the difference to your eyes!) Curl your eyelashes. Wear your hair down to cover your ears.
But honestly, you've got to learn to love yourself! xx

I used to feel the same way, but when I got a bit older quite a few people (male and female) started telling me I was really pretty... at first I thought they were teasing but after a while I started to listen. That probably sounds really arrogant, but what I mean is that we all tend to focus on the negatives and the truth is that other people don't even notice the little things that don't look quite right to us. It's human nature to look in the mirror and think it's horrible, but other people don't look at us the same way. Trust me, you will get more confident as you get older! If you still want surgery then at least you will be old enough to be realistic (I'm assuming you're young). It sucks to feel the way you do, but even the best looking girls are looking in the mirror thinking the same thing - some people are just more confident and that is what makes them seem different. I hope that makes sense :o)

Get everything on record, as soon as possible and for every incident. She ends up on welfare with no hope for the future. She will be living around druggies for the rest of her life.
The best thing you can do is just be there for her when she finally gets out of denial and needs help. Do not put yourself into trouble and getting in jail. She will need you later, so keep out of trouble.

Well definitely hair first. If your face is hawt, but your hair's ehhh.. then it just ruins it. Then, of course the eyes%26amp;smile. I like mysterious yet cute eyes and a cute smile.(: A nice jaw line is hott too.
cheekbones (high)/bone structure (eastern european type), lips (thick but not too thick and not too narrow), eyes (green or brown, not too small, not too close together).
thats what appeals to me most.

It depends if the container was open or closed.
If it was open, do not use it.
If it was closed, it would be okay to use it, but if I were you I would still throw it out. If it's really expensive make-up though, you should use it.

If I were you, I would subscribe to Bottom Line Secrets. They brought together a group of doctors from different disciplines like conventional, naturopathic, and others. They've put together quite a list of healhy advisory books for all sorts of anomalies. It wouldn't surprise me if family physicians started using this stuff for a reference... it's really helpful. I've worked hard to get off of drugs. The diet/lifestyle improvements have helped the diabetes and fibromyalgia tremendously. I'm down to two 500mg Metformin tabs a day.
I think the fact that you are taking prednisone, and coumadin and having nose bleeds is more serious than your pain. You need to see your doctor and tell him these things...this is serious.
Warfarin-If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately:
unusual bleeding or bruising.
The only common side-effect of warfarin is hemorrhage (bleeding). The risk of severe bleeding is small but definite (1-2% annually) and any benefit needs to outweigh this risk when warfarin is considered as a therapeutic measure. Risk of bleeding is augmented if the INR is out of range (due to accidental or deliberate overdose or due to interactions), and may cause hemoptysis (coughing up blood), excessive bruising, bleeding from nose or gums, or blood in urine or stool.

But i used to be like you... love to put on makeup..... but it can really damage your skin.... My mom's waitress at her restaurant puts on make-up everyday and now she cant stop because her skin is messed up (the make-up doesn't make her look any better though..)

I don't think people started out thinking that she was. When she was with that Billy Bob character most everyone thought she was strange. I don't remember ever hearing she was beautiful back then. Now that she has changed and made her life more about being a humanitarian I think she became beautiful in most peoples eyes. Personally, I think a lot of it is her attitude and 'carriage' - she is always very poised and confident when she's in front of any camera (at least that I've seen).

I recently asked a question about mineral makeup to try and someone suggested for the price that I try out ELF. I took a look at their website and couldn't believe what I was seeing...I have never seen makeup for a $1! But my question is this...is it good quality makeup??
I would like to hear from people who have tried the ELF products. Did you think the quality was good? Is it as good as other well known brands like Maybelline, Cover Girl, etc??

Unless he gave you crack, in which case ask for some green. You will know he gave you crack because 20 dollars wont be enough.

Really need to know your eye color to complete the picture. Blonde goes with cold colors, black with warm. Your freckles and tan suggest warm. If your eye color is blue or green, that's cold; if your eyes are brown, warm. If you have an equal balance of cool and warm traits, select neutral colors.
Warm lipstick colors--reds, corals, mauves.
Cold colors--purples and pinks.
Warm shadow colors: browns and beiges
Cold colors: blue, green, black
From the description you gave it seems like you have an olive skin tone? I'm no expert, but I think you should use choose from either gold, earthy colors or dark blues for eyeshadows. For lip glosses your should use light peachy type colors or something that is almost neutral, but still gives your lips some shine

apply a foundation which is one step lighter than ur complexion all over and under ur eyes, then apply a dark black kohl inside ur eyes n then take a light brounish - lavender shimmer lip gloss apply it over ur eye lids, remember only ur eye lids not over that with ur finger let the kohl spread over ur eyelids and thicken the line under ur eyes with a black eye liner.
apply same lip gloss upon ur lips
go purple 4 the eye shadow (but not to dark)
and use sheer lip gloss

3. file a police report... they will need to document everything including photos of injuries, etc.
4. Ask the police for a temporary restraining order against your boyfriend. He will ';promise'; to never do it again and be sincere... it always gets broken and each time it happens gets worse and worse.
5. Tell him that you don't want to see him anymore.... hitting your girlfriend/wife/spouse is wrong!!! And you are not gong to settle for that.

Should you go to the police? I would say yes. If he's also a teenager, and this is the first time this has happened, he won't get into a whole lot of trouble. But a little trouble will show him that this isn't an acceptable way to express anger or frustration.
Should you keep seeing him? There's a vicious circle in which a girl who's beaten goes back to her abuser, because he's made her feel so low that she can't imagine freedom. You don't need to get into this. You are very young, and there are lots of really good guys out there in the world.
Don't become trapped - now or ever. You are free. You are strong. You don't need to be with someone who doesn't treat you right.
It's okay to be sad about what happened. And it's okay to be angry. Don't stuff your feelings, because they can help you find a relationship that works better. Love doesn't need to be painful. You can have love without drama, without abuse, without horrible scenes.

Hmmm now are we talking about what all men - boys want are what real men want. Hmmm now are we talking about what all men - boys want are what real men want. Yes, pleasing outer shell is really great, but real men want to be able communicate with their love, they also want to have intelligent conversations also. To me an even balance is great. Did you know a lot of guys cook, but they do not want to cook all the time. Having great sensuality is also a plus and a little humility also. My second gf was a great looker large tomatoes etc....my friends always told me she had more T's than brains...you know they were right I was blinded by lust.:)
