What does it mean when a guy sitting infront of you looks at your eyes and lips?

I was in a meeting with a coworker and he was leaning a bit forward ,had his eyes narrowed while listening to me and was blinking but through his blinking I could sense that he was looking at my eyes and lips interchangably,he was also smiling with closed lips as if he was enjoying my conversation

He could be interested in kissing you OR maybe he reads lips because he possibly has difficulty hearing.

this is meaning he is engaged in what you're saying. He finds what you're saying to be very interesting. Also, it could be a form of flirting. Does he not only stare but gaze into your eyes? Can you tell that he is a sincere person? does his personality seem genuine? If he wasn't interested...he would basically act bored. Are you really good friends with him? It could mean many different things, but the things i'm speaking of aren't bad at all. I think it's a form of him trying to tell you he likes you. But that's just my opinion. Good Luck! :)
