Well definitely hair first. If your face is hawt, but your hair's ehhh.. then it just ruins it. Then, of course the eyes%26amp;smile. I like mysterious yet cute eyes and a cute smile.(: A nice jaw line is hott too.
cheekbones (high)/bone structure (eastern european type), lips (thick but not too thick and not too narrow), eyes (green or brown, not too small, not too close together).





thats what appeals to me most.
Eyes definitely. But a nice jaw is hot too. And hair. Make sure your lips aren't chapped either! Kissing a boy with dry lips is bad
