Where do you buy the make up brand E.L.F. (eyes, lips, and face)?

some one told me i could go to walmart or target to buy it and i went and i couldnt find it at walmart. and i'm not shopping online either.

i have only seen it online sorry
ive only heard of this brand from someone else on yahoo i think, and i went to their site to check it out, but thats the only place ive seen it, they sure dont sell it at my walmart or target either. maybe try like, sephora or something.
