What is the best makeup to use if i have medium skin tone, green-blue eyes, dark brown hair and darker lips?

i go to either rite aid or cvs it's cheap and it's covergirl anyways they have tips on them on how to apply make up or eyeshadow just go their and look around. or you could google it, youtube has videos on how to apply makeup
