Will the numbness go away in my left lip and side of nose once my eye swelling goes down?

will the feeling come back by itself? What would a doctor do even if it was not to come back? No money for doctor. Hope one answers me on here. Thank youWill the numbness go away in my left lip and side of nose once my eye swelling goes down?
I'd try icing it and taking a Benadryl to make the swelling go down.
