Why are big eyes, small nose and full lips considered to be the perfect feminine face?

Because it's the most perfect and feminine. Eyes and lips are prettier therefore when they are bigger, it's better I guess. Noses shouldn't be the main thing of the face I guess I'm saying. That doesn't mean that unique faces can't be beautiful too though. Someone with big eyes, small nose and full lips can be ugly while someone with the opposite can be even more beautiful.Why are big eyes, small nose and full lips considered to be the perfect feminine face?

The only reason I can think of is because it resembles youthfulness which makes you think of fertility. That's like why most men prefer a woman that is younger. Make sense??
mhh..idk...but everyone has their own tastes. Everyone thinks that all the boys that I like in my school are ugly but I think they are hott!! lol
