Any good Eye and Lip make tips?

Many but it depends on the look you are going for.

for a dark smokey look I would recomend a rich burgundy lip color (darker) shift the color to match your personal skin tone but darker is better for this look.

As far as eyes go use two different shades of grey shadow one dark charcoal and one a softer lighter charcoal. On the lower lid spread the darker charcoal putting a small amount on the upper lid just on the inside of your eyes not towards the outside.

Use the light shadow on the upper lid and on the outside going towards your temples. (don't over do it on the shadow or it will just look messy). Use a dark charcoal shadow to shadow the underside of your eye (thin line of shadow or you look like you have a black eye). Then use a liquid liner for a smooth line along the upper lid and a stick liner to lightly shadow the lower lid. This should create a very pretty dark smokey look. try blending brown to a sliver look i have tryed that and it looks nice so try it and c what u think
never
Go into a david jones/myer store with no eye makeup on and then ask the chanel, dior, (pick one) and ask them to do it on you. Its free and they will give you great tips.

I guess it depends if you have fair skin i would go for a brown smky look. You can go dark still but it wont be so harsh.
Always wear lipliner with lipsticks and glosses and be sure it matches. Please, no light lip colour and brown liner...

As for eyes, remember to blend your tones. Even if you choose not to wear colour, mascara always opens the eyes up.

For a smokey eye, start with highlight tone all over the lid (makes blending easier, I also brush a little blush on brow bone for accent ), then use dark liner on lash line, then use complimentary dark tone on small brush OVER liner blending up toward crease, use light brown shadow in crease... I use liner on lower lid too and use colour under lashline too as well as mascara on top and bottom lashes... don't forget to wear a pale lip or if you want to vamp out go dramatic
