Eye liners vs. lip liners?

are there any differences in the chemical make up between eye liners and lip liners? wouldy you use them interchangeably?Eye liners vs. lip liners?
lip liners are really made for your lips


because in anycase,you wouldnt be


in trouble if you swallowed any.


But eyeliners aren't really that


safe to use on your lips.


the chemicals are a bit different.

i think they are pretty much the same and are interchangeable...but aren't they usually different color ranges...eye liners rarely include pinks/reds like lip liners
i've used both in both places and never had a problem
they are preety much the same so u can used either one on what ever
