How do i get my eyes & lips to look like this? (pics included)?

how do i make my eyes look exacaly like this? i know you probably use eyeshadow..but what colour and how n stuff??

PLEASE HELP ME!!!How do i get my eyes %26amp; lips to look like this? (pics included)?
I'm sorry, but that hair is god- awful. Anyway, getting past that, you could try using a highlighter over the entire lid, up to the brow bone, and it looks like she used a violet or plum eyeshadow just on the crease. For lips, just use a nude colored lipstick.
