THE BEST EYELINER,,,,isnt eyeliner.....get a small brush that is angled (you can get a cheap small angled paintbrush) make it moist and use black or brown eyeshadow. It will last longer, and will be soooo much easier to put on.....as for lipstick...i dont like lipstick. I use Lip Gloss....and for that, you have to play around and get a whole bunch of the cheap ones just to find out what color you like best....I like (but its expensive) Perscriptives Peach Fizz Lip Gloss. Liquid liner looks more dramatic, and lasts longer---but stings like the dickens if you get it in your eye. I prefer a soft pencil.
For eye products I prefer Maybelline, but Loreal has good eye pencils.
For lipstick? Nuetrogena, hands down. It leave your lips feeling soft.
And don't forget to remove every speck of any makeup before bed to avoid break outs!
I have maybelline, the twisty eyeliner, it's really good and lasts ages. Also I did have (until I fell and it broke in my bag :o( )the Maybelline Ice Tea lipstick, it's a really nice colour and lasts well without leaving my lips dry

For me is MAC. The liners last long, it does not smudge either. If you go to MAC they will do a make up application for free. They explain everything you need to know to have a great look.
sorry, I prefer not or seldom to wear eyeliner or lipstick.
mostly, I draw the lines with eye shadow, and use lip balm or gloss. different brands.
Lancome or Mac. Expensive but good.
If you are budgeting Loreal (Same company as Lancome)
rimmel eyeliner in black magic or jet black and boots natural collection lipstick is good. or rimmel again.
L谩ncome eyeline and Este茅 Lauder Lipstick. You can't go wrong with either one.
for cholas- black eyeliner, brown lip liner, cream lipstick
