what I've learned to do is to put brown or black eyeliner on the top part of your eyelid. then put a neutral color on the whole eyelid. after that put a darker shadow on the lower lid part and a light color on the top part. then get a mascara and make its one that makes lashes really long.I have really full lips and big brown eyes. try almays shadows they are made to make your natural beauty pop try the purple set the look really nice(i have brown eyes too)
