I can see your point. If people from all different cultures had children we could create a 'super race' with all the best charactestics from each culture. In terms of intelligence, though I don't think that is necessarily linked to race. As the person above me mentioned, you can get a huge variety of IQ's within the same population.Does Evolution give us shape of eyes, lips, breadth of nose and skin color?
Perhaps our different native environments encouraged more rapid intelligence growth in some races, but intelligence can vary quite a lot within a single population. This difference in intelligence may appear in the average of different races, but I think it's a mistake to make any assumptions about individuals within each population. The odds are still fairly even that you'll get a genius or an idiot. Most of us fall somewhere within average.
